These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hop 'n Bop ("the Game"), published by Snoring Cat LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Game you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Game. By using the Game, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes. The Game is provided free of charge.

3. Account

You may sign in using a third-party provider (Google, Facebook, Steam, Epic, Apple, Game Center) or play anonymously. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised third-party accounts.

4. Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or unauthorized modifications.
• Disrupt gameplay for other players.
• Attempt to access other players' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile the Game's server software.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Game at any time. You may request deletion of your account and data per our Data Deletion Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE GAME WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNORING CAT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE GAME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $0 (THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE GAME).

8. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. If we make material changes, you will be asked to re-accept these Terms the next time you open the Game. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
